Japanese Bath Tablets

Not an expected suggestion for a wedding favour perhaps. Because we use these ourselves and have given them to friends, who have all been appreciative, we feel they make an inexpensive and unusual gift.

These are an unusual range of herbal bath tablets, but can be appreciated for their fragrance alone.

Although intended for single use, they don't disolve quickly. By taking the tablet out of the bath after a short time, we've found they can be used several times making them quite inexpensive.

Tablet size approx:
45mm dia. x 13mm

(Chouyu) Clove
Unusual and not too strong, but providing a good aromatic bath time experience.

(Katsukoyu) Xiang Xiang
Our favourite. This gives an unusual but very pleasant relaxing fragrance.
Well known in China for various medicinal properties, the tablets here were developed by a Japanese man seeking alternative help for his son's skin ailments. We can't vouch for any such properties, we just like them a lot.

(Uikouyu) Fennel
Giving the distinctive fragrance of fennel, but not overpowering. Fennel is known for various properties and used externally could be described as a skin tonic. Fennel is also reputed to help keep wrinkles at bay; we comment on that, we like it for the refreshing fragrance.

One tablet per packet at £2.50 (price include VAT)
Postage is extra at cost.
